Some other factors are
If the existing panel is embedded into the stucco. The riser will have to be dug up and probably replaced. The area behind the panel will have to be filled in and stucco applied behind and around the panel. We do our best to match existing textures and colors when repairing stucco and touching up paint. But our repairs are not presented as being permanent, we install stucco to waterproof the area until the home owner can have a professional return if desired. We will touch up paint with the home owners paint or get a match at Home Depot. Stucco and paint are not our trades and we make no guarantees as to texture match or color match. If the riser is embedded in concrete in some cases some concrete may need to be removed.
If the panel has to go in a new location. We will need to replace the existing panel with a sub panel and re feed from the new location.
None of the above prices include trenching or pipe to the power company junction box. This starts at $50.00 per foot.
